Flora will be gently weaving the threads of this retreat. She brings years of experience as a retreat facilitator, having led dozens of retreats and teacher trainings across Europe — always with deep intention and love.She’ll guide sessions in yoga nidra, kirtan, sharing circles, and rituals, while tending to the unseen layers of the group field, helping each person feel welcome, safe, and free to arrive just as they are.With Flora at the heart of the retreat, we’re in very good hands.
