She's also an expert in the subconscious mind with studies in PNL, psychotherapy & hypnotherapy.In 2015, she felt completely reborn in India on a journey that changed her life and initiated her on a beautiful path of self-awareness and love.A passionate heart traveler, she has been to over 50 countries, sharing & learning all around the globe.Her classes are a flow of delicate movements with tension and relaxation.
