Fiona Loughran

My name is Fiona Loughran and the past two years I have been working on two privately owned sailing yachts as Chef/Massage therapist/ Yoga & Pilates a teacher where only the highest standards are accepted. Previous to that I have been working passionately on my business, Healthy Fiona with my Holistic Approach to living a balanced, healthy fun lifestyle. My aim is to guide, educate and create space for people showing them how to feel incredible from the inside out, nourishing their bodies & souls with nutrition, movement, Massage Therapy, meditation, and positive thinking. I work with clients on a one to one basis as well as group and corporate work running workshops and retreats I Ireland and in Mallorca. I am enthusiastic about working with people on a one to one basis as well as groups having experience working with kids as young as two years to elders at seventy-one years young. I strongly believe I am a great asset for this position as I am determined, easily adaptable very well presented along with doing everything with a smile.
