Felicity is a full devotee of the Yogic path, its methodologies, science, and transformative abilities. Natural progression along the path led her to become a Yoga teacher, specialising in meditation and pranayama. In her classes, Felicity loves to create a safe, accessible space for every body, an intention towards inward-focused spirituality, and deep relaxation.
