Felicia Hayden

Felicia is a multi-faceted enthusiast of Yoga, Tantra, Hypnosis, and Embodiment practices. Felicia dedicated the last 10 years of her life personally and professionally to Yoga. She has studied with yoga masters Sharat Arora and BNS Iyengar, and Tantric master Guruji Rajkumar Baswar, and has lived in Ashrams in India. Since 2015 she has been involved with the management and conducted retreats at the AlpenRetreat Yoga Centre in Austria. In 2016 she met Radasi from Satya Loka, and has since been the main assistant for two of the Satya Loka 200hr trainings as well as a teacher of the asana methodology. Felicia is trained as a Breathwork facilitator. Her work has led Felicia to extensively educate herself about the nature of trauma and embodiment modalities to support trauma healing. Felicia has further trained as a hypnotist, EMDR practitioner and continues her own studies as an embodiment coach.
