Federica Rogani

Federica Rogani grew up in an environment deeply connected to yoga and Eastern philosophies. From an early age, she was introduced to the discipline of yoga and the transformative power of sound as a tool for healing and self-discovery.Graduating in Sports Science and Human Kinesiology, Federica has been a multi-instrumentalist since childhood, developing a profound passion for the study of sound frequencies and their relationship with the human body. This field has been the focus of her research and practice for many years.As the founder of Sound Healing International, she has spent over a decade exploring and applying sound as a therapeutic tool. Her frequency-based sound baths are designed to create a real impact on a physiological, emotional, and energetic level, integrating scientific knowledge with ancient traditions in a holistic approach.Since 2019, she has been offering professional training in Nada Yoga, the ancient yoga of sound, training facilitators from around the world through her project Ravi Marga Yoga Teacher Training Courses 200hr, accredited by Yoga Alliance U.S.A. Her work combines a rigorous scientific perspective with a deep sensitivity to the power of sound as a means of healing and expanding consciousness.
