I’m Fania, a yoga teacher and sound practitioner.I began my yoga journey around 10 years ago, and it has been a transformative path ever since. My desire to dive deeper and gain more knowledge about yoga and sound healing led me to India, where I received my certifications and immersed myself in the traditional teachings of this ancient practice.Along the way, I discovered the profound wisdom of subtle body yoga, and I now incorporate these teachings into every class I offer. I believe in creating a balanced and holistic experience that weaves together mindful body movement, breath, and energy work.Each session is designed to guide you towards deeper connection and awareness, helping you to not only strengthen the body but also calm the mind and nourish the spirit.
