For the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women reclaim their strength and energy.Through founding The KettleBelle, I’ve focused on bridging the gap between physical fitness and mental resilience.I’ve learned that while digital tools are great for consistency, nothing replaces the transformative power of a supportive, in-person community.I am thrilled to bring my expertise as a Kettlebell Specialist and PN-NC Nutrition Coach to the first-ever EmpowerHER Strength Summit. My goal for this weekend is to move past the ‘quick fix’ and give you a sustainable toolkit for both your body and mind.I am so excited to step away from the app for a few days and connect with you all deeply and in person.I can’t wait to see you there and build long-lasting relationships with each one of you!
