My name is Fabian Prakasha. I’m a meditation teacher and spiritual guide dedicated to supporting those who feel called to walk the path inward. The tools I share — meditation, yoga, breathwork, and esoteric teachings — are the same ones I return to daily in my own life.My journey began early. At age 7, a painful family conflict opened me to the raw intensity of human experience. Sadness, anger, and fear became familiar companions throughout my adolescence, and over time, they became an initiation into a deeper inquiry into life, suffering, and transformation.At 18, I spent a formative period living and working with Cistercian monks in France, an experience that planted the first real seeds of spiritual discipline. In 2013, I experienced a profound awakening that reoriented my life. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in various forms of spiritual practice — yoga, meditation, mantra, ayurveda, and holistic nutrition.In 2016, I received initiation into the Tantric tradition through Ananda Marga, a pivotal moment that shaped the direction of my path, my values, and my practices. Since then, I’ve spent extended periods in Indonesia, Thailand, Guatemala, Mexico, the US, and Canada. It was during these travels where I began recording and sharing short teachings on YouTube. What began as a way to express and clarify my own experience naturally evolved into working with people one-on-one. Since then, I have been living in Guatemala the last 8 years -- learning, integrating, and offering what I can through retreats, 1-on-1 work, and online teaching.Over the years, I’ve supported people through men’s work, emotional healing, and sexuality and semen retention coaching. Today, my work has evolved into guiding all sincere seekers—those ready to release past burdens, reconnect with the present moment, and meet their true inner being with honesty and humility.My approach is grounded, devotional, and simple: not to fix or improve you, but to support your return to what’s already whole within.
