Hi, I’m Everlyn, a yoga facilitator passionate about movement, self-expression, and our deep connection to nature. Based in Montreal, I guide people of all ages to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and the present moment. I believe yoga is for everyone, for that reason I've created Everpuravida, which is rooted in nature, movement, and community, I offer spaces where kids, families, and adults can explore yoga in a joyful and meaningful way.Whether in-person or online, my classes and global retreats support people of all ages in building self-awareness, resilience, and deeper connection, with self, others, and the earth.
