Eva Senges

Dipl. Psych. Eva Senges is a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, hypnotherapy, energetic therapy, relaxation techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. In addition, she is a certified business coach with a focus on potential development, self-management, conflict management, and team development. For 28 years, she has been working in her own office in Heidelberg. Furthermore, for the past 15 years, she has been working as a psychological consultant for a DAX company. She wrote her book "I want to change, but how?" in 2015. Using the inner map step by step into a new life" (Kösel, 2016). Since 2020, Eva has been expanding her diverse psychological portfolio with body-oriented methods, especially in yoga, chakra work, and shamanic approaches.
