I am a medical doctor and somatic psychotherapist-in-training, currently deepening my understanding of the connection between human psyche and body. Since moving to Portugal, I have been co-running a surf guesthouse on the coast with my wife Niki, while embracing personal growth and new perspectives.I believe that true pleasure and presence come from noticing life’s small details and reconnecting with what makes you feel alive. By helping you set empowering boundaries and navigate self-discovery with both intuition and practicality, I guide you toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.My goal is to create a safe supportive space where you can explore yourself with curiosity and build a deeper connection to the world around you.
