Eugenio

Eugenio (b. 1983) is a guide devoted to the rediscovery of the Self and the inner truth that calls each individual forward. His work integrates body awareness, breath, emotional intelligence, and relational dynamics, creating spaces where alignment, presence, and authentic expression can naturally emerge. He is a certified yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, with extensive experience in practices that support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and expanded states of awareness. His path also includes training in family constellations, allowing him to work with ancestral patterns, relational imprints, and deep systemic dynamics. Alongside this, Eugenio works with themes of intimacy, polarity, and conscious sexuality, supporting individuals and couples in reconnecting with their vital energy, emotional truth, and relational presence in a respectful and grounded way. He holds a degree in Law, which contributes to a clear ethical framework and a strong sense of responsibility, structure, and integrity within his work.
