Estrela

Estrela was born in Lisbon, Portugal and has been a Yogini since 2004. During her intense city-life years she worked with Event’s Production, Sports+Cultural Marketing, and New Projects Implementation. But her inner quest for a more healthy, meaningful, and sustainable way of living resulted in a change in her path. In a search for her true self left all behind and departed with a backpack to explore the world. Throughout the time, she has been experiencing and learning several modalities of Meditation, Conscious Movement, Bodywork, Plant Medicines, Reiki, and ultimately, having found a deep meaning within Breathwork. “The Breath is THE key element, common to all techniques. It is always present, so close to us and yet so forgotten”. Estrela has five years of experience in co-managing and facilitating healing sessions at a Self-Realisation Retreat Centre in the south of Portugal. Since 2020 has been living in Greece, deepening her practice with the Breath, studying Rebirthing Breathwork, Yoga, and Macrobiotic Lifestyle.
