Erika

Erika was born and raised in Queretaro. She moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2022. She has been a yoga student for the last 10 years. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2014 at Anama Yoga School. A couple of years later, she went to the Sivananda Retreat in the Bahamas where she offered uninterest service as her karma yoga path. She finally got certified to teach Sivananda Yoga in Colombia in 2018. Passionate about strong practices, she got trained to teach Rocket Vinyasa Yoga by David Kyle, and later on she completed 50hr Rocket training by Taraka Yoga.
