Erica is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified life coach, and fitness leader whose life's work sits at the intersection of mental health, movement, and human connection.After earning her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology, she built a career spanning therapy, family mediation, parent coordination, and life coaching — helping individuals and families navigate life's most challenging moments with clarity and resilience.She currently serves as Director of Intake and Client Relations at a world-class treatment center, and teaches spinning, bootcamp, sculpt, and stretch at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL.Erica founded her own fitness company on a simple but powerful belief: that strength and healing begin with connection.
