Emily Lilapad

Co-founder of Finca Lilapad, Emily has been called a retreat leader, yoga teacher, reiki master, writer, designer, and coach. But the labels that most resonate with her are proud angel mumma to Raiven Surya and devoted wife to Mateo.Passionate about exploring and teaching modalities to help facilitate remembrance, healing, and growth, Emily creates beautiful containers to inspire introspection, presence and movement.Her medicine is nature, embodied movement, journaling, yoga, and being vulnerable ~ all of which create deeper connections to Pachamama, source, self, and others.Before moving to Costa Rica in 2019 and co-founding Finca Lilapad, Emily visited 50 countries, mostly backpacking, traveling Europe in a van, and living in Dubai for five years.In her earlier life after graduating law, Emily spent 12 years in the corporate finance world, before swapping high-heels for barefoot grounding and hair straighteners for locs!Emily is a manifestor in human design, a pisces sun sign, a Myers Briggs INFJ and enneagram type 1.
