Elsa is a dedicated teacher and spaceholder, passionately guiding others toward remembrance.Remembrance of our most pure, joyous self so that we can truly honour and live this life.She weaves mindful movement, ritual, and vocal expression into practices that nourish the Self on all levels.The yoga Elsa teaches is inspired by embodiment practices, as well as Jivamukti and traditional Hatha lineages.She is a devoted voice worker, deeply driven to explore authentic expression. Her experience with plant medicine forms the foundation of the ceremonies and rituals she holds.
