Elli Kamilali

Elli Kamilali is an experienced yoga instructor (RYT 500/E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance) and a highly trained Thai massage professional (Old Medicine Hospital/Chiang Mai, Lotus Palm/Montreal, Sunshine House/Evia, and more). She offers yoga classes, massage treatments, and workshops, all tailored to individual needs. Her early studies in music, and especially Bach’s compositions, have influenced the way she “composes” bodywork sequences, so that they are harmonious, meaningful, and effective in outcome. She is the author of the book Thai Massage Handy Techniques. Elli is committed to creating environments of ultimate rejuvenation by organizing retreats at carefully selected locations that speak to her soul.
