Hi, I’m Eleni, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Integrative Health Practitioner, and co-founder of enHEALTH.My work bridges evidence-based medicine with holistic healing, helping women and couples understand their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their natural rhythms.After years of supporting women through hormonal imbalances, stress, and relationship challenges, I realized something powerful: healing doesn’t happen in isolation.It happens through connection — to ourselves, to our partners, and to the environments that nourish us.Wildly Rooted Retreats were born from that vision.They’re a space where science meets soul, where couples and individuals can slow down, feel seen, and experience healing that is physical, emotional, and deeply relational.My approach blends hormonal health, somatic practices, holistic nutrition, and heart-centered communication work.Whether I’m guiding sunrise yoga, teaching about cyclical living, or supporting couples through deeper emotional attunement, my intention is always the same: to help you feel at home in your body and rooted in your relationships.
