Elena Dallatomasina is the forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) facilitator for retreats hosted at Tenuta Monte Bago, in Felegara (Medesano), in the Parma hills of Emilia-Romagna, Italy.She collaborates with Il Corridore SRL, the Parma Experience Company run by the Armani family, which creates place-based experiences that combine nature immersion, Emilia food culture, and warm, family-style hosting.Elena is the founder of Aruna.eARTh.Atelier, a project dedicated to creative, sensory experiences in nature inspired by biophilia.With a background as a Maestra d’Arte and in Advertising Graphics, she bridges artistic vision with grounded, embodied practice, guiding guests to reconnect through the living language of woods, light, textures, seasons, and silence.Elena holds a National Diploma as an Expert in Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) (CONI/CSEN method, 2020/21).She is also the creator of Artistic-Creative Forest Bathing, and she completed a Master in Integrated Art Therapy within the helping relationship, which shapes her calm, supportive way of holding space.Her sessions are not hikes or workouts- they are slow, mindful immersions with simple, accessible invitations that reduce mental noise, anchor attention in the body, and restore a natural rhythm.A signature element of Elena’s work is bringing creativity outdoors in a light, judgement-free way (such as her “Wild Art Gallery” approach), where participants observe, touch, smell, and create small nature-inspired expressions. Elena has guided activities in protected natural areas of Emilia-Romagna, including the Riserva dei Ghirardi (Parma area), and contributes to educational contexts, including training initiatives for teachers.Languages: Italian (sessions can be adapted for international groups depending on retreat format).
