This connection between body, mind and environment became the foundation of her personal and professional journey.Now a certified yoga teacher with 10 years of practice, Ece is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Her classes are known for being playful yet strong, offering a blend of mindfulness, physical challenge and calming resonance of sound baths thats help find sense of peace and strength.Through her teaching, participants are encouraged to cultivate their own internal sanctuary; finding harmony, balance and vitality both on and off the mat.
