Our wellness center was launched with an intention to help spread holistic healing principles and practices to the world. We are committed to helping you achieve a more enriched, balanced and healthier life and inspiring positive change. Our wellness programs are based on a philosophy of holistic healing encompassing East Asian energy principles and integrated wellness services. Our offerings include yoga, tai chi, meditation, mind-body training programs and workshops, wellness retreats and inspiring community programs.
