Medical Doctor & Therapist In my work with psychedelics as well as in preparation and integration, I combine years of practical medical experience with the latest evidence-based research and a deep respect for the indigenous traditions, and also the previous generations of psychedelic therapists. My approach to psychedelic work is rooted in the humanistic psychotherapeutic tradition, their compassionate presence and deep respect for the unique history and individuality of each person. I understand how our early relationships shape our current behaviours, thoughts, and emotions, and how profoundly trauma impacts both mind and body. But even apart from traumatic experiences, we all carry multiple, sometimes contradictory, aspects within us. In my work, I embrace the multiplicity of the self and aspire to discover, understand, and integrate all these different parts. Growth is a collaborative journey towards self-compassion, understanding, and healing. This journey may not be short or simple, but it's the only way there is.
