Dr. Stephanie Bathurst

My name is Dr. Stephanie Bathurst, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in Maryland and Hawaii, a Board Certified Clinical Sexologist (TCA affiliate). I earned a Doctoral degree in Clinical Sexology at the International Institute for Clinical Sexology in Miami, FL. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialty in Addictions Counseling.As a certified Pilates instructor, I teach personalized programs for pelvic floor stabilization and rehabilitation using an evidence-based model created by an OBGYN and a Physical Therapist. I am a certified Integrative Medicine Specialist for Mental Health, which allows me to apply a holistic approach to mental health healing and recovery. I am also a Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute. I integrate somatic bodywork, meditative movement, and Emotional Freedom Technique into my client sessions, among additional certifications in the fields of sex, relationship, and holistic health.
