Dr. Bihani Sanjyal

Bihani Sanjyal is a residential Medical Officer and yoga expert at Arogya Nepal Pvt. Ltd. She did her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Ayurveda Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Before that, she completed PCL Nursing at Nursing Campus, Nepalgunj, Tribhuvan University. She also worked as a staff nurse for 1 year at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. She was also a coordinator at Himalayan Ayurveda Medical Science College, Kathmandu. She has achieved a deep knowledge of yoga, expressive art therapies, psychology, and management. She is well-known in eastern knowledge science art, yoga anatomy, healing, and herbs. She has studied the ancient Vedas, Upanishads, and many other ancient kinds of literature.
