I'm Dóra - a retreat guide, trainer, and eternal seeker of beauty, connection, and soulful experiences. Originally from Hungary, my heart found a second home on the shores of Costa Brava, Spain.I first arrived here as an Erasmus student in Barcelona, and since then, I’ve returned again and again - leading journeys, discovering hidden gems, and falling deeper in love with the region’s magic.With a background in recreation management and health promotion, and years of experience as an international trainer, I bring a blend of mindful structure and intuitive flow to every retreat I lead. My greatest joy is creating nourishing spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, others, and the world in a meaningful way.My favorite quote - "Be brave enough to travel the unknown path and learn what you are capable of" - is the essence of what I hope to offer you.
