Fitness clients participate in structured lifestyle activities that carry over into their own home environment.To date, Debra Stefan Fitness clients have ranged from six-pack seekers to individuals weighing over 500 lbs and up to 86 years of age.Clients have traveled from as far away as Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Egypt, Bermuda, and Canada to attend her private retreat.Debra was named Educator of the Year by the League of American Bicyclists in 2020.
