De Hoorneboeg

This retreat takes place in Aan de Hai, two unique monumental farms right on the moor. They have been completely renovated on the inside and have a super-atmospheric interior with a combination of contemporary design and beautiful natural materials. Both farms are located on the wide heath and an extensive woodland garden. There is a wonderful workshop room with a gigantic window overlooking the garden, a library, a spacious living room, a sauna and relaxation area, and a choice of very cozy single and double rooms on the upper floors, all with private bathrooms. The Aan de Hai is part of Buitenplaats De Hoorneboeg in Hilversum, a beautiful estate of 13 hectares of land with its own forest, ancient winding paths, and a magical hill in the middle. This country estate also has a vegetarian farm-to-table restaurant with its own vegetable garden.
