As a 500RYT with Yoga Alliance and over 1000 hours of accredited training, she pays homage to the deeply rich wisdom of the ancient Hatha and vinyasa yoga lineages while incorporating a modern twist. Danya weaves her teachings with elemental medicine; combining holistic therapeutic tools, like earthing and sound journeys, to promote a deeper connection to self-healing. Danya uses yoga and meditation as a medicine providing a deeper level of healing using embodiment practices to establish harmony in body, mind, and soul. With respect to the traditional yoga foundations, Danya guides individuals to wellbeing by catering to each person’s unique intention.
