I'm Daniela Arias, and I am a retreat manager from Costa Rica.My career is built on a foundation of Business Administration and the principles of Non-Violent Communication.Over the past 20 years, I've developed a deep expertise in event production, with the last four dedicated to the unique world of wellness events both inside and outside Costa Rica.This professional journey, enriched by seven years of my own personal inner work, has taught me how to create an atmosphere that is both flawlessly executed and truly welcoming.I believe retreats are a profound space for transformation, not just for participants, but for us all.That's why I am here to handle every single detail—from logistics to customer service and general organization—so the facilitator can pour all their energy into the content and the community.I'm currently organizing the "Temple of the Moon: A Woman's Retreat" with the wonderful Costa Rican teacher Greta Castro.It's a true honor to support this space from a production standpoint and to ensure the right conditions for magic to happen.We look forward to seeing you there!
