Craig is the founder of Alchemy Soul — a wellness ecosystem bridging ancient healing practices with modern technologies like AI, quantum biology, and neuroscience.A qualified fitness instructor since the early 2000s, lifelong martial artist, and certified whole-food nutrition consultant, Craig has spent over two decades exploring the intersection of physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.In 2021, during the global pandemic, Craig co-founded Southside MMA & Fitness in Phuket, transforming a time of uncertainty into one of vision, creating one of Thailand’s only beachfront gyms.That same drive to turn challenge into opportunity became the seed for Alchemy Soul: a platform offering retreats, a book series, and a mobile app ecosystem designed to make deep healing comprehensive and accessible to everyone.Craig’s work is grounded in science and soul in equal measure, fuelled by curiosity, and guided by a mission to give back, leveraging a lifetime of learning to create tools for growth, healing, and conscious living in a rapidly changing world.
