Over the past eight years, Conrad has drawn from personal experiences, including navigating challenges in his marriage, to develop a passion for men's work and self-improvement.With over three decades of experience as a successful chiropractor, Conrad brings a wealth of knowledge in health and wellness to his coaching and speaking roles. His expertise extends beyond traditional chiropractic care to include guiding individuals in breathwork, yoga, and core fitness, fostering a sense of community among participants.Beyond his professional endeavors, Conrad treasures his roles as a husband, father, and soon-to-be grandfather. Splitting his time between the lush jungles of Nosara, Costa Rica, and the scenic beauty of Niagara, Canada, Conrad's life is a testament to ongoing growth and exploration.
