I am a Holistic Health Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, and founder of Journey Land & Soul.It is my passion to empower women to lead extraordinary, authentic lives – overcoming their innermost obstacles including burnout, stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs.At Journey Land & Soul, I create spaces to explore holistic wellness, guiding women on transformational journeys to achieve their most fulfilled and impactful lives.Through mindfulness, yoga, nature immersion, coaching, and retreats, my purpose is to help women slow down, reconnect with nature and self, and find balance in mind, body, and soul.It’s from this aligned place that we can achieve profound personal growth and craft lives we truly love.
