I’m a Yoga teacher and dancer specializing in Thai Yoga Massages, Movement Analysis, and certified by Yoga Alliance UK. I’ve always been passionate about movement and had an early interest in travel and knowing different cultures. I love to teach yoga indoors and outdoors, in bright and inspiring places. I’ve always lived in Parede, which I consider to be a privilege for being a unique place, a village by the sea, close to the city center of Lisbon and the magical Serra de Sintra.
