Claire- Claire is a creative catalyst, writing coach, and certified Kundalini yoga instructor devoted to awakening the creative life force that lives within us all. After a decade of teaching stories in the traditional classroom, she answered the call to guide others in telling their own—through writing, movement, breath, and embodied expression.Co-founder of Eso Terra and a Reiki practitioner, Claire weaves together kundalini practices, intuitive writing, and somatic tools to help women disarm the inner critic, unlock their creative channels, and remember the joy of play. She sees creativity not just as art-making, but as a way of living in alignment with soul purpose.
