Christy Hughes is a Registered 200-hr Yoga teacher and owner of The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness studio in Hico, TX. Christy first hosted retreats in 2023 before opening her studio in January 2024 and dedicating herself to consistent community classes and events in downtown Hico, Texas. Christy is ready to rekindle her love of retreat facilitation, this time at a full-service guest ranch! Christy is over 7 years sober and the author of the memoir, Strong Roots, Wayward Soul, a story of sobriety, tenacity, and the timeless wisdom of grandmothers.
