Christina Winzeler

Christina comes from a background in psychiatric and clinical settings. With this and the combination of 6 years yoga teaching, enables her to hold group spaces with a strong sense of safety and presence. In her work as a bodyworker and yoga teacher, she is deeply committed to guiding you back to your inner voice, your body awareness, and your inner strength.Christina creates mindful and trauma-sensitive spaces in her yoga offerings — whether in group classes, one-on-one sessions, or retreat settings. Her focus is always on exploring your inner world through the body (somatic work) — grounded and embodied rather than overly spiritual or concept-driven (a bottom-up approach instead of a purely rational one).In the “Deep Rest” retreat, she will share yoga practices, guided meditations, and valuable insights about the nervous system and integration.
