Chris is an expert for dealing with setbacks and overcoming mental limits. he has a background in business and as an entrepreneur and has a lot of experience in vipassana meditation. Being trained in Nuad Thai Bodywork, he knows a lot about the links between body and mind. 1:1 Treatments are available at selected times during the retreat. As well, he is a natural connector and happy to support you as a sparring partner for your projects.
