I create spaces for people to connect more deeply with themselves, with others, and with the truth of who they are.For over a decade, I’ve been designing and holding transformative experiences through retreats, men’s work, online communities, and dancefloors; spaces that are emotionally honest, well-held, and deeply human.As the founder of Men of Earth, I guide men into purpose, emotional integrity, and authentic leadership.My approach is rooted in relational understanding, nervous system awareness, and reverence for both individual and collective growth.My work is trauma-informed: I recognise how trauma shapes body, mind, and spirit, and hold space with care and integrity without stepping into the clinical role of being trauma-trained.This allows me to weave psychology, embodiment, and soul work into a path of transformation that honours the whole person.Training in Culture Of Care Trauma-informed Space Holding, Heart-Centred Breathwork, and a decade of practice, including Physical Embodiment, Natural Movement & Dance, all shape my work—with integrity, attunement, and deep respect for the human experience.
