Turns out, I could, and you can, too.After leaving my corporate job to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail, I discovered how life-changing time outdoors can be, not just for your body, but for your mind and confidence. Since then, I’ve hiked thousands of miles, including the Colorado Trail and Camino del Alba, and now help women take their own first steps into adventure.I created Wander as the retreat I wish I’d had, a gentle, supportive way to begin. It’s not about being the fittest or the most “outdoorsy.” It’s about finding your feet, moving at your own pace, and starting to live a life that feels more like your own.
