My own experiences of natural birth, supported by breathwork, hypnobirthing, and essential oils, inspired my devotion to helping other women trust their bodies and embrace this sacred rite of passage.As a Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, and aromatherapy expert specialising in pregnancy and postpartum care, I bring together a wealth of natural wellness tools to nurture and uplift women through this transformative time.This retreat is a celebration of you — your body, your baby, and your beautiful unfolding journey into motherhood.
