CG Self-Care Retreats is a women’s wellness organization devoted to creating sacred spaces for healing, renewal, and empowerment.Founded by Courtney Grace, our retreats are designed to help women step away from the noise of daily life, pour back into themselves, and reconnect with their deepest truth.Each experience combines self-care practices, yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, cultural immersion, nourishing farm-to-table meals, creative workshops, and excursions connecting us to nature and community.Our mission is simple: to guide women into alignment, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, so they can release what no longer serves them and return home to themselves, stronger, softer, and more whole.At CG Self-Care Retreats, we believe self-care is not selfish; it’s sovereignty.
