Célia Alturas

Célia Alturas is a performer and author of her own projects, within the field of visual arts, with a strong dance, music, and intuitive healing background.She graduated from the Superior School of dance in Lisbon ( performance, choreography, teaching, and show production).Later, she completed acting and writing for film and theater at Michael Howard Studios in New York.She worked with several international choreographers and directors from different styles: Jordi Cortez, Emílio Sagui, Guy Richie, Jamie Childs, among others.She created and directed her own projects on stage and cinema, including Hoane (staged in Mozambique) and the award-winning short film ( best actress, writer, producer).Alongside her artistic career, she's an intuitive healer, having worked in several alternative medicine places, and created the Eightlight movement workshop - Spirit, mind, body alignment.
