Celene Hardy

Celene has 18 years of working with the physical body. In addition to her professional dance training, she is also a qualified Group Exercise, Pilates, Dance fitness, Water fitness and Chair Based Fitness instructor.After completeing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training she has gone on to train in Trauma Informed Yoganidra, alongside her Chair Yoga and Yin Yoga Teacher Training.Alongside teaching, she works as a Massage therapist working with injury-specific and body maintenance approaches including Relaxation and Indian Head Massage.Celene is currently in her 3rd year of training to be Mental Wellbeing Counsellor.On our last retreat the guests commented on how wonderful the Mindfulness sessions were that Celene ran. (Even though a couple of the guests didn't think they wanted to do mindfulness they gave it a go and they found it amazing)
