Cecile Populaire comes from Reunion Island, a tiny tropical rock that belongs to France, but located between South Africa and India. Raised by the ocean and the jungle, she has always been strongly connected with nature. After few years spent in France studying languages and working in Paris, (as many) she decided to leave her country to travel the world and get her 200H Yoga certification in Guatemala. 3 years ago she madly fell in love with Costa Rica, where she found a new home, living by the beach and working on her passions. Yoga has always been present in Cecile’s life since her mom is a devoted yoga practionner. Passionate with health and well being, she is keen to transmit and share all she has learned through Yoga and help people to find their own balance, happiness and purpose.
