Cath Galway

Cath is your Host but also a Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator. Cath will take guests through daily Breathwork and Meditation practices whilst on retreat. Cath's Breathwork style is dynamic and combines traditional Pranyama and Kriya in 20-30 minute sets; these sequences are designed to work on specific energies and breath practices. Her meditation style works with the use of mantras to bring a focus and energy to the practices.
