As a passionate supporter of life and growth journeys for the past 10 years, I have learned and developed several practices from some of the most amazing teachers in the field of personal development, which I integrated them into my own unique approach.I'm a certified Coach by ICC – International Coaching Community, with the status of International Certified Coach. ICC is a global non-profit organization, present in 78 countries, on 5 continents and certifies the Lambent program, which was awarded the quality award, the EQA – European Quality Award conferred by EMCC – European Mentoring & Coaching Council.With a deep-rooted desire to help others, I offer guiding coaching sessions tailored to your individual needs - be it 1-to-1, as a couple, or within a group setting. I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can open up and feel completely supported, as we work together towards achieving your goals, overcoming obstacles, and navigating life's twists and turns.I also offer workshops on relationships, communication, conflict resolution and the 5 love languages.I have a 1 year old son - Tomé, and together with my partner Nuno, you will be received in the loving environment of our family.
