Casie Hall

Casie Hall, 500hr ERYT and M. Ed, is the founder and owner of Nectar Flow Yoga and also the mother of two daughters ages 11 and 14. Casie is an experienced educator with a Master’s Degree in Education and 8 years experience teaching grades ranging from pre-K to 11th grade. The majority of her experience is with middle school age children.This school teacher turned yoga teacher will be your guide and go to during the retreat. Casie will lead the mother and mother/daughter yoga session, giving moms a chance connect with and ground themselves, so they can be more available for their daughters.
