Carol Chen

Carol is a 330RYT yoga teacher and certified Pilates instructor who teaches hatha, vinyasa, and yin styles of yoga.Her teaching style is centred on anatomy and embraces our unique physiology to make the most of our practice.Carol has spent her working career within a fast-paced corporate environment, whilst teaching at studios and events around London.After a period of intense burnout, she has gained a passion for sharing the tools in helping others to maintain a healthier and balanced lifestyle.She loves to create a welcoming and safe space for students to explore their practice and bodies, without judgement and expectations.
